Delivery document with optional or mandatory signature
🎯 What is a delivery note?
A delivery note certifies the delivery of products or material to the customer. In Pool-Control you can require signature of receipt and save it in the PDF.

📝 Create delivery note from order
- Sales → Orders → open the order.
- Generate delivery note (
POST /delivery-notes/from-order/...). - If Require signature on delivery notes is active → state Pending signature.
- If not → go directly to Delivered.
✍️ Capture customer signature
You can choose the channel depending on the tenant (all configurable in Company → Digital signatures):

In all cases:
- Signature image + date is saved.
- Optionally client reference (hotel order number, community, etc.).
- The PDF shows block Received in compliance + reference.

📄 PDF and billing
- Download PDF from the delivery note detail or from the customer portal.
- If a signature is missing and the policy is Block, you will not be able to include the delivery note in mass billing until you sign.
- With Notify policy, invoice but shows notice of delivery notes without signature.

"Does the delivery note discount stock?"
It depends on the order flow and preparation; The delivery note documents what was served linked to the order.
"Can I modify a signed delivery note?"
Not appropriate: the signature certifies the content delivered. Cancel and generate a new one if there was an error.
"Does the USB signature pad work?"
Yes, in practice it acts as a mouse/touch on the browser canvas.
"And the budgets?"
The commercial acceptance signature is in quotes (portal). The delivery note is the according receipt of the physical delivery.
