Services Catalog
The service catalog defines what you sell without physical stock: maintenance, openings, labor, travel, etc.
What can you do
- Create services with 3-step wizard (identity, price, classification)
- Assign category, type (one-off, recurring, hourly) and billing unit
- Upload photo for list and file (as in products)
- See commercial use: quotes and orders that reference the service
- Add services to quotes from the dedicated selector
Main fields

| Code | Unique identifier per company (e.g. SRV-070) |
| Type | Punctual, recurring, hourly, add-on |
| Unit | Per visit, hour, month, unit or fixed price |
| Duration | Estimated minutes for planning |
| Internal notes | Equipment only; they do not appear in PDF to the client |
Budgets
In a draft budget you can:
- Add products from the warehouse
- Add services from the catalog
- Create free manual lines
A line cannot carry product and service at the same time.
