🎯 What are movements?

Every time the stock changes, a movement is recorded.

Examples of movements:

• Purchases from the supplier → Entry
• Customer sales → Output
• Use in pool → Exit
• Transfer to van → Departure + Entry
• Inventory Adjustment → Entry or Exit

If you make a mistake, you can override (certain types only):

Note: Not all movements can be canceled:

• ✅ Can be overridden: Settings, input errors
• ❌ Cannot be canceled: Invoiced sales, consumption recorded in parts

If you see strange movements (huge amounts, strange times), investigate.

Tip 2: Export monthly

Make an Excel of movements every month. Just in case.

Tip 3: Photos in important movements

If you receive questionable merchandise, take a photo before accepting it.

❓ Frequently asked questions

"Can I edit an old move?"

No. Movements are immutable (accounting law). Cancel and create a new one.

"Who can see all the movements?"

Warehouse administrators and managers. Technicians only see their own.

"How long are they kept?"

By default 2 years. They are then archived (but not deleted).

"Can I search by batch?"

Yes, in the advanced search engine you can filter by lot number.
