🎯 What is it?
The signature station is a full screen screen where the delivery notes pending signature appear. The customer (or whoever receives the merchandise) touches the document, reviews the lines, signs and optionally indicates his internal reference.

📱 When to use it

Signature USB tablets (Topaz, etc.) function as a mouse/touch in the browser; No additional software is needed in most cases.
📝 Flow in 4 steps
- Log in as a user with sales/delivery notes permission.
- Open Signing Station (or leave the tablet at that URL).
- The list shows delivery notes in Pending signature status.
- The customer touches one → draws signature → (reference if applicable) → Received in compliance.
The delivery note becomes Delivered and the PDF includes the signature.
⚙️ Activate and configure
Settings → Company → Customer Portal → Digital signatures:

"Do I need a separate app?"
No. It is an ERP web page, optimized for tablets.
"Can I sign from the detail of the delivery note on the PC?"
Yes. In Sales → Delivery Notes → [detail] use Capture signature (mouse).
"Can the technician sign during the visit?"
Yes, in the work report at the end (technical + client signature optional or mandatory depending on configuration).
