Technician → warehouse flow without phone calls
When to use it
During a work order, the dosing calculator may show the technician needs more product than available in the van. Instead of calling the warehouse, the technician can request replenishment in the app.
The warehouse user gets a notification and sees the pending transfer under Logistics → Transfers.
Technician steps
- Open the visit work order in the mobile app.
- In dosing/consumptions, enter required products.
- If van stock is insufficient, tap request warehouse replenishment.
- Confirm. A
TRF-DOS-…transfer is created from the main warehouse to the van.
Warehouse steps
- You receive a Material request notification.
- Tap it to open Transfers with the request highlighted.
- Prepare goods and mark the transfer as Shipped.
- The technician confirms Receipt in van stock.
