Tip 1: ABC of products

Tip 2: Group purchase
If you have several warehouses, buy for all of them at the same time:
- Best price per volume
- Less shipping costs
- Fewer orders to manage
Tip 3: Safety stock
In high season (July-August), the minimum stock increases:
- Normal: 100kg of chlorine
- Summer: 200kg of chlorine
You set it to PoolControl and it adjusts itself.
Tip 4: Returns to supplier
If you buy 100kg and only use 80kg, negotiate to return 20kg. Some suppliers allow it if it is unopened.
